Due to extreme cold Tim & Cole's schools were cancelled. I'm still not back to work from Christmas break. Tim did go in to work, but left for work later than usual & come home early. To spice up our day, I put activities in a bucket & had the boys draw out a card to say what we would do next. It has made the day fly! Activities included: read books, make cookies, run 12 laps, put on a costume, make jello (during which a huge fireball came out of the stove...), put away 10 things each, toilet paper barricade, play with trains, calling Uncle Jeremy, 20 push-ups, make beds, dance party, 10 minutes picking up toys, make frosting, 20 sit-ups & work on writing. There were others, but those are the ones we did. Our favorite was toilet paper barricade.
